This NOT NEW, item is used with mould and dirt present inside the unit as well a multiple damage points all over the fridge as per the photos. This along with the 12 day delievery time is beyond a joke and must be replaced or refunded IMMEDIATELY. This also has now doubly inconvenienced us we ordered this for Xmas to allow for extra guests we are having and now CANNOT accomodate. I have over 35 photos of the damage and can only attach 10 ! The condition has been verified by the courier

As you can see from the description these are not used demo units with scratch and dints..Its very clear on the description.All I can see brand new packaging and small dints as exactly described in the description..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY

If I can I give him "0". Fake ad offering QLED and delivered UHD TV. Ad was a new one but first was delivered to TCL service at Alice Springs. It appeared that was refurbished. Avoided to answer three times about the concerns of mine, claiming that I have been delivered the better TV than was advertised????? What a scam. After I disputed the issue with ebay seller promptly removed the add replacing with the one which was delivered to me. The box was damaged or was reused after the TV was fixed?
